Auctions

The Silent Auction in the Gym is back for this 50th Anniversary Fair!

And, of course, our very popular Online Auction!

 Auction items will be viewable online (beginning October 14 at 9:00am) and in the Gym during fair hours.
Auction closes October 17 at 4:00pm. 
Auction Winners will be notified of their winning bids through their GiveSmart bidding account when the auction closes.

  • There will be Auction volunteers at the Gym who can help you create an account and show you how to bid.

Item Pick-up

The Gym Doors will be open for check out Sunday, 6-10pm and Monday, 7am-12noon.
Please make every effort to pick-up your items on Sunday.
All winning items will be charged through the payment method you registered at GiveSmart.
You may switch to check or cash at the Gym check-out.

All items must be PICKED UP by NOON on Monday.
After NOON on Monday all unclaimed items will be charged to your GiveSmart account & donated to St. Lawrence of Brindisi.

Saturday Night Dinner

Join us for this wonderful adults-only outdoor event filled with food, live music, and dancing. Featuring an open floor plan with a cocktail lounge type feel, it’s a great opportunity to meet more families and parishioners and to celebrate our wonderful community of faith, family, and friends.... Dinner choices at time of purchase are a Tri-Tip carving station or Mahi Mahi.

Staffing/Volunteer

Starting Wednesday, September 22nd, the Parish Fair volunteer website will be open for AMS Parents to register. Please take a moment prior to Wednesday to visit the site to register and/or update your profile and password.

As a reminder, American Martyrs School parents are required to volunteer for at least two (2), 2.5 hour shifts at or for the Parish Fair (per your parent agreement).  Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated!
