Every married couple needs to take time to assess and re-affirm the reason(s) you said yes to one another, to live the rest of you lives together. The sacrament of Marriage is a visible sign of God’s Covenant love for all of humanity. It requires attention; it requires GRACE. Come and give your relationship some attention. Come and experience the GRACE of your love for one another.
Fr. Jim Clarke, Ph. D. will conduct the retreat day. For the past 35+ years Fr. Jim has been in great demand conducting retreats for individuals and for couples, and as a workshop presenter at conferences and seminars throughout the United States. He currently serves as Director of New Evangelization for the Los Angeles Archdiocese. He previously served as director of spiritual formation and was an assistant professor of spiritual theology at St. John’s Seminary. He is also a part-time professor of Theology at LMU, and is an associate spiritual director at the Cardinal Timothy Manning House of Prayer for Priests. Prior to is Doctorate, Fr. Jim also earned an M.A. in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from Trinity College and an M.A. in Religious Studies from Fordham University.
Lunch and other refreshments will be provided. The cost of the retreat is $40/couple.
