Sponsor Qualifications:

Sponsors must be a confirmed, Practicing Catholic, of at least 16 years of age, in good standing with the Church. While 16 is a mininum age requirement, we strongly encourage our teens to select an adult sponsor, who is willing to walk with them on their Confirmation journey.

A sponsor cannot be a candidate's parent.
